Deepika Padukone appointed as Brand Ambassador of Kingfisher
Industrialist Vijay Mallya-led private carrier Kingfisher Airlines appointed actress Deepika Padukone as its new brand ambassador.
“It is a question of spotting superstars early quite apart from the fact that Deepika is from my hometown Bangalore. She is a beautiful girl, well educated girl and well accomplished girl. Now, I think she is going to be the next superstar in Indian cinema, I see it coming. So I decided to make the first move. And we are delighted to have her as the brand ambassafress,” said Vijay Mallya at the function in Mumbai.
“Whenever I have done any endorsements I really feel for the brand and I really feel for Kingfisher. I think it is a very classy and world class airlines. And I am a fan of Kingfisher and I have travelled with it since its start .. I will always be up in the air,” said Deepika in a candid chat with NDTV.
