53rd Filmfare Awards 2008 Winners
53rd Fairone Filmfare Awards was organized at the YashRaj Studios in Mumbai. Below is the list of some main awards.
- Best Film : Taare Zameen Par
- Best Director : Aamir Khan
- Best Actor : Shah Rukh Khan (Chak De! India)
- Best Actress : Kareena Kapoor (Jab We Meet).
- Best Female Debutante : Deepila Padukone (Om Shanti Om ).
- Best Male Debutant : Ranbir Kapoor (Saawariya).
Besides these main awards, Rishi Kapoor was given lifetime achievement award and Deepika Padukone was awarded as Fresh Face of the Year.
