Bipasha Basu says ” My way or the Highway

Now Bipasha tells Bachchans she’s not going with them The Bachchan world tour is again in trouble after hot babe Bipasha Basu pulled out saying that her fee for the concerts is too less. Bipasha Basu has given the organisers two options… ‘My way or the highway’. According to an insider, “Last week, after Race released, Bipasha called the organisers and simply doubled the amount she’d asked for the show. They could not reach a price that was agreeable to both, so she walked out. With the success of Race, Bipasha felt that she deserved to be paid better. She felt that she was justified in asking for a big hike for performing overseas (the shows will be held in USA and Canada). Recently, Akshay Kumar who’d walked out of the tour because of money issues, walked back in after the organisers agreed to his terms and conditions. It is believed that Aishwarya is getting a whopping 1 crore for the same tour, and Bips felt she too deserved something closer to that amount. It’s believed that she asked for the same amount as Ash but the organisers didn’t agree.” When Bipasha was quizzed about this, she responded by saying, “The modalities of the tour didn’t work out for various reasons and yes, pricing was one of the issues. I have good relations with Wizcraft. I am working with them for other shows and events. Some projects work out and some don’t. I wish them a super successful tour. Please do not look for anything more than this. I have tremendous respect for Amitji and lots of affection for Abhishek and Ash as people and actors, so please don’t look for unnecessary reasons. The reason I have cited is it.” This is the second time an actress has walked out of THE UNFORGETTABLE TOUR. Earlier, Lara Dutta cited knee problems for her absence but some say the actual reason was because she didn’t want to compete with Ash. It being Bachchans’ show, she felt she would be overshadowed by Ash. Bipasha says that her reasons are not the same.
