Saif Ali Khan Is Preparing For A Role Which He Has Not Been Offered

Hey you all bollywood buffs, the confusion can’t get bigger than this. Saif Ali Khan is busy getting into the shoes of a rock star because he is playing one in Imtiaz Ali’s next film. The only itch is that Imitaz is not making the film!

In an interview, last month, Saif said that he was working on “his attitude and guitar”. He was quoted as saying, “It’s a film called Rock Star. I don’t know if I’m quipped to handle it. Rock music is about a lot of attitude. More than just playing with an attitude, it’s a way of thinking. I need to be more true to the music.” However, Imtiaz who has just wrapped up shooting for Saif’s home production, tentatively titled Production No 1, says he has had no such plans.

“Saif must be talking about the film we are making together.” On being told that Saif was not talking about Production No 1 but about preparing himself as a rock star for a certain film, he said, “That’s funny.”

The director says that he has no plans post Saif’s home production. “I was planning Rock Star a year before Jab We Met. I love the story, will make it sometime, but there has been no movement on it, yet..” Looks like certain people are so impressed with Saif’s rock star avatar that they have started cooking up stories.
