As soon as the buzz about Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s flu like symptoms got around, her cell phone was bombarded with messages and got crashed due to the same.
 
According to reports, Ash started getting ‘get well soon’ messages right after a news channel reported that she was down with something similar to swine flu and resulted in a chaotic inbox.

“It was the common flu, but for some bizzare reason every body assumed that I already had swine-flu. Whoever started that rumour, it caused my phone crash. I had done all the adequate tests and I had the common-flu. I had fever and very bad chest-congestion. By the grace of God I`m here today and back to a very hectic schedule.”

Though the actress had to face a lot of difficulties due to a clogged inbox as she missed many important messages due to the SMSs of her well wishers, she has thanked the media and her fans for their good wishes. Source

Bollywood is buzzed with Katrina Kaif’s close encounter with Salman Khan’s rival Shahrukh Khan. Shahrukh Khan and Katrina Kaif flew all the way from London to Mumbai together with Shahrukh sharing his story of ugly detention in the US airport to Katrina.

Katrina Kaif happened to travel with Shahrukh Khan in the same flight. Their seat was at a distance but Kat on looking Shahrukh went to him and King Khan like a gentleman offered his seat to her. Then what both chatted throughout and Shahrukh shared his bitter experience at the US airport.

Both were engrossed into various discussions, chatted throughout. Kat came to her seat only when the flight was about to land.

According to reports, Deepika, after working with SRK and Saif, is more than willing to work with King Khan`s arch rival, Salman Khan.

In spite of sharing not so great vibes with Sallu’s girlfriend Katrina, Deepika is keen to team up with Salman. “I`m so new in the industry and I have been very lucky to have got the opportunity to work with the biggest names in the industry. I have worked with SRK, Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan and now I would like to work with Salman,” says Deepika.

The troubles don’t seem to end for Mani Ratnam’s latest film, Ravana. The film has landed in trouble with the Ahmednagar forest officials who have filed a complaint against 11 people for illegally setting up a film set inside the jungle for the shoot.

The officials have also confiscated one JCB, and four tractors from the location.

Ravana which stars Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in the lead also made headlines last month when an elephant near Athirapally waterfalls in Kerala got wild and killed its owner and terrorised the star couple by blocking the main road. Source

Whenever a choreographer turns director he makes all his stars dance like anything. Salman Khan will be seen dancing at his best to the tunes of Ganpati song titled ‘Jalwa’ in his forthcoming film Wanted. And why not, when the dancing demi-God Prabhu Deva himself has taken the charge, nothing but the best is expected. Prabhu Deva has turned director with this film.

The source further adds, “The song is the depiction of Salman’s character in the film, but has a flavor of his real life as well. So, Salman was really charged up to give his best. This was the only song for which he rehearsed the steps days before the shoot, so that he could match up to Prabhu’s expectation; since Prabhu is known as a task master, Salman worked extra hard.”

The macho man himself confirmed about his new achievement. “This is the best song in the film; I am amazed to see the dance I have done. And I can’t believe it. (Yakeen hi nahin hota, ki aisa bhi ho sakta hai) Prabhu has not only choreographed, but is also featured in the song. He is simply fantastic and I am not all that great as compared to Prabhu Deva. Now, Bollywood unites to pay a heartfelt tribute to the King of Pop in a video, which will be aired on Michael Jackson’s birthday on August 29. The initiative has been taken by Shah Rukh Khan himself.

Vishal Dadlani confirmed the story and said, “The song is titled, We lived in his world.”
Our source said, “Shah Rukh Khan is a huge fan of the late Michael Jackson and when the creative heads in Red Chilles pitched the idea, he loved it. He had cried when he learnt about MJ’s death. He was also supposed to attend one of the London concerts which never happened. So, the idea was finalised and they decided to make a music video as a tribute.

The best talent for the song was Vishal of the Vishal-Shekhar duo. Vishal is a huge fan too and he was in shock for days when he learnt about MJ’s death. He has written this passionate song and it has been composed by Vishal-Shekhar. They are also the performers in the video with singers Kay Kay, Shaan, Sunidhi Chauhan and Shreya Goshal, among others. The video will have heartfelt messages by top stars like SRK, Hrithik Roshan, Prabhu Deva, Shahid Kapoor, Harman Baweja, Yuvraj Singh, Katrina Kaif, Kangna Ranaut and Priyanka Chopra, among others. The bengali beauty Konkona Sen Sharma is going to marry her long time boyfriend actor Ranvir Shorey on Dec 27. The duo has been seeing each other for more than three years and is deeply in love. Last Year, the couple exchanged rings and now that both settled in their professional life, they wanted to take their relationship to a new height.

Speaking about the wedding ceremony, an insider reveals, that Konkona’s mother “Aparna is thrilled at the turn of events. She has been shopping for her daughter’s wedding trousseau at all the big sari shopping arcades in Kolkata. The jewelery will come from one of the most famous jewellers of Kolkata. Director Rituparno Ghosh, whom Konkona calls mama (uncle in Bengali) will dress up the bride and do her chandan design on the face while designer Sabyasachi Mukherji will most probably design the bride’s wedding outfit.”

Konkona will next be seen with Ranbir Kapoor in Wake Up Sid! She will carry with her acting career even after marriage. However, mother and filmmaker Aparna Sen denied the authenticity of the report. Source

We all are aware of the fact that Shahid Kapoor has bagged kudos for his outstanding performance in the latest hit “Kaminey“, but Shahid says he can never match his father Pankaj Kapoor when it comes to acting.

“I can never be like my father (in terms of acting)…he is way beyond anyone to be like him. I don’t even have any aspirations to be like him because I know that’s not happening. I just hope whenever my father sees my films, he likes my work,” Shahid said.

Salman Khan is a true lover. He was just about getting over the death of his beloved pet Myson, who died earlier this year when he is overwhelmed with grief again by the death of his other beloved pet Myjaan. The dog passed away on Tuesday. Salman may not be as loyal to the ladies he loves, as he is to his dogs.

Myjaan had been seriously ill and Salman had admitted him at the SPCA Hospital in Parel. A friend of Salman told, “When Myjaan passed away, Salman was shooting for London Dreams in Andheri. He quickly wrapped up the shoot and rushed home.”
Myjaan was buried in Salman’s farmhouse at Panvel on Wednesday, where Myson was buried too. After the burial, Salman returned to Mumbai to report on the sets of 10 Ka Dum.

“Myjaan’s death has come as a shock to Salman. He will take a long time to recover. He has two pet dogs now – Myson (who was named after the first pet) and Mylove,” Salman’s friend added.
