Priyanka Chopra had been good friends with Mubina who was Shahid Kapoor’s close friend. But then as people say love comes between friendship. As reported earlier, Mubina and Shahid were at one point more than close friends, but that was before he got into a relationship with Priyanka.

Mubina was close to both Shahid and Priyanka. But this awkward proximity caused more harm than good. Sources revealed that Shahid never liked Priyanka’s growing friendship with Mubina. Machoman Salman Khan says he is supporting actress Preity Zinta`s Kings XI Indian Premier League team, though he admits he hasn`t watched any of the matches in season-3 of the tournament. 
 
“I am supporting Zinta`s team, but I haven`t watched any of the matches as yet,” Salman told reporters at the `mahurat` (inauguration) of Rahul Dholakia`s film “Society” here Tuesday.

The film has been produced by Smita Thackeray, who is daughter-in-law of Shiv Sena supremo Bal Thackeray. Salman believes that media shows the face of society so it should not amplify trivial issues.

“Show good things to the society. Sometimes you make stories out of nothing and exaggerate some trivial issues. Don`t do that,” Salman said. Source

Imran Khan’s hair growth now decides his shooting schedule. The actor has acquired a new haircut for Danish Aslam’s Break Ke Baad which has resulted in the delay of one song that remains to be shot for Punit Malhotra’s I Hate Luv Storys (IHLS).

Imran Khan is currently in Delhi shooting for Break Ke Baad. He has cut his hair short and got a completely new look for the film. A source reveals, “Imran has completed the shoot for IHLS and only one song is remaining. Imran’s new look, which is very young and trendy, is quite different from the IHLS look. Now he will be shooting for Break Ke Baad for around three weeks and as soon as his hair grows, he will go back and shoot the last song for Punit’s film.”

Producer of Break ke Baad, Kunal Kohli, confirms, “Karan Johar and Punit were sweet enough to adjust Imran’s dates. Initially, we thought we will shoot with Imran after he completes the song but it gets very hot in Delhi and we also required combined dates of a lot of stars together for our movie.”

He adds, “His hair will grow in a couple of weeks, and he will then shoot the remaining song. It’s just a song, so it is not a big problem for anyone in that case.” Source

If our sources are to be believed, Farah Khan has a special appearance in Milap Zaveri’s Jaane Kahan Se Aayi Hai! in which she plays herself, and the film has a sequence in which she is shown to be yearning for her friend Shah Rukh Khan’s company and says, “I miss you Shah Rukh.”

The scene was shot almost a year ago when Farah and Shah Rukh were pretty thick, but things have changed now.

Amitabh Bachchan has joined hands with Salman Khan who is not in the good books of the Bachchans for a noble cause. They have come together for a big task ‘STAR CINTAA Superstars Ka Jalwa’. It is a cause to raise funds for the Cine and TV artists. This a joint project by CINTAA and Star Plus.

Speaking about the venture, Mithun Chakroborty Chairman of Cine Artistes Welfare Trust said, “The tower will have all the amenities. It will have an entertainment section, cafeteria, library, preview theater and many more facilities for the artists. It did take a lot of time but now hopefully we will complete the project very soon.”

To raise funds, 52 actors will come together and perform on stage. The names are Shahrukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar and so on. The fund will be used in the welfare of the artists. They will be provided with medical services, rehearsal halls and preview theatres.

“I am very happy to be here and be a part of this spectacular event that will not only entertain the audience but will also encourage a noble cause. I have been a part of Bollywood for over 20 years now and I owe every bit of my success to this Industry,” Salman said at a press conference. Source

Salman Khan who is all set to be seen in brother Arbaaz Khan’s production ‘Dabang’, will next be seen working on brother-in-law Atul Agnihotri’s Hindi version of southern super hit ‘Bodyguard’. The Malayalam film, which was originally to be made in Hindi by Boney Kapoor, will now be produced by Atul Agnihotri after Salman personally asked Boney to hand over the reins to his beloved brother-in-law.

Buzz has it that Boney had bought the rights to remake the southern super hit and had even laid out all plans to get the film on floors. But after Salman personally requested the producer to hand over the rights to Atul Agnihotri, Boney obliged the actor’s demand with keenness.

Talking about the incident, a source told a daily, “Boney did not hesitate to give up remaking ‘Bodyguard’. He loves Salman too much and considers the actor’s wish as his command.”

Confirming the news, Boney said, “It’s fine if Atul will make it with Siddique. Salman was keen that Atul should make it and I have no issues whatsoever. I have not done anything great. I was simply on the verge of buying the rights of ‘Bodyguard’. Salman is family to me. I love fulfilling all his wishes and will always continue to do so.” More
