According to latest reports, Aamir has stopped every other work and is busy reading scripts these days. There are various filmmakers who keep on holding long meetings with the actor and it’s reported that Aamir might sign his new film in the matter of next 10 days.

Some of the filmmakers who Aamir might work with for his next film include names like Anurag Kashyap, Aditya Chopra, Rajkumar Santoshi and John Matthew Matthan.

The superhit ‘Dabangg’ pair Salman and Sonakshi will feature in Mahesh Manjrekar’s next untitled project.

A close hand reveals that previously it was Kangna Ranaut who was supposed to be doing this project, but due to some date issues, she might not be able to be part of this project.

The final yes from Sonakshi is still to come but Salman has supposed to have given his green signal to this project which by our source is based in Mumbai. Source

Titled ‘Kudrat-Love Story’, Prachi will be paired opposite ‘Fashion’ famed Arjan Bajwa.

The film is being produced under the banner of Grover Arts and it is produced and directed by Anil Raj Grover who is also the story writer of the film.

The screenplay and dialogue are done by Vishal Vijay Kumar while the film has lyrics by A M Turaz.

‘Kudrat’ is expected to go on floors in the beginning of 2011. Presented by Color Chip the film will be shot at picturesque locations of Chamba (Himachal Pradesh), Kolkata and Mumbai. Source

Pakistani popstar Ali Zafar got a fitting reward for a daring rescue act on the sets of the film ‘Mere Brother Ki Dulhan’ when he stepped into save leading lady Katrina Kaif from a mishap.

The ‘Prince of Pop’ jumped in to rescue the Bollywood head-turner when her hair got stuck in a pedestal fan on the sets of the Yash Raj movie which is being shot at Nabha near here. According to eyewitnesses, Zafar suffered minor bruises on his arm while Kaif who was terrified after the incident expressed her gratitude by giving the ‘Tere Bin Laden’ actor a big hug.

However, a spot boy who was also injured in the incident was not so lucky. In the past, similar rescues on film sets have proved to be typically ‘filmi’, with the saviour and victim falling for each other. A case in point being Sunil Dutt’s courageous act to save Nargis from raging fire on the sets of ‘Mother India’. The couple had soon tied the knot.

But the Sajaniya hitmaker is already married and is the father of a young child, while Kaif has been linked to Ranbir Kapoor after she reportedly split from Salman Khan. The actress’ first meeting with her co-star had turned uncomfortable after Zafar failed to recognise her when she went up to him at a party. Source

Attending the event are some of Hindi cinema biggies including Yash Chopra and AR Rahman.

With every actress in Bollywood being reserved about shooting passionate love-making scenes, Priyanka Chopra’s denial about doing intimate scenes with Annu Kapoor for her forthcoming movie ‘Saat Khoon Maaf’ comes as no surprise.
 
The actress has in the past shot passionate scenes with co-actors like Ranbir Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor. However, this time Priyanka has refused to do any love making scenes with senior actor Annu Kapoor in Vishal Bhardwaj’s ‘Saat Khoon Maaf’.

According to reports, Priyanka is not comfortable doing such scenes with Annu because of his “age and seniority”. Annu Kapoor plays one of her seven husbands in the movie.

However Vishal came-up with an amazing idea to shoot the scene with the two actors. As per reports, Bhardwaj shot the scene with both actors separately, syncing their expressions for the final edit.

Talking to a news daily, a source said, “Vishal canned their expressions of ecstasy separately. Vishal is an ace filmmaker and the scene will be portrayed in such a way that the viewer will not realise that the two actors didn’t shoot for it together.” More

Mr. Good Samaritan aka Shah Rukh Khan loves to play saviour. This time the recipient of his philanthrophy has been a moviemaker Shailja Bajpai who was in dire straits and had no resources to complete the post shooting work of her film ‘Walkaway.’

Apparently, the figure ran into crores and the director turned to SRK for some timely help. The director who’d earlier done a project with SRK when he was in the US, hadn’t bargained for the goodness coming her way.

Reportedly, Shah Rukh threw open the doors of his home production office so that she could complete work on ‘Walkaway.’ And all this, incidentally, for free.

Apparently, Shailja is now making waves with ‘Walkaway’, raking in the praise in the US and her debut flick is now all set to show at all major film festivals abroad.

Bares Shailja in a tabloid quote, “I thought that my film would never see the light of the day. Since I had no clue about making a film, the budget went out of control. I was shattered thinking that all my hard work was going to go down the drain. But it was SRK who gave me a helping hand.” Source

The sequel to the hit film NO ENTRY is being planned. Producer Boney Kapoor claims that the first draft of the script is ready.

The film is penned by Anees Bazmee and he will only direct it. The title of the film will be NO ENTRY MEIN ENTRY.

In the sequel, Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor and Fardeen Khan will be seen in double roles in order to add to the fun. As far as the female cast is concerned, the makers are yet to take a call on that.

Since NO ENTRY was a roaring hit, let’s hope the sequel is equally interesting. Source
