As usual, it’s a fresh host for celebrity reality show Bigg Boss again. Actor Salman Khan has stepped out of Bigg Boss 5 citing date issues giving way to Sanju Baba (Sanjay Dutt), who’d now make his television debut with the show.

Dutt was approached by Colors on Salman’s suggestion. “However, Sanjay is yet to sign the dotted line. But everything has been chalked out. The show goes on air in October. Karan Johar’s AGNEEPATH will be wrapped up by then. He will start shooting for Bigg Boss immediately after that. The channel was keen to retain Salman. However, when they approached him, he expressed his inability to do the show,” according to sources.

Meanwhile, Dutt plans to play his MUNNABHAI avatar in Bigg Boss 5. As per the insiders, Dutt is said to be introducing a new segment, which is titled as Jaadu ki Jhappi . More

Akshay Kumar’s superhero image in Joker was rumored to be an apt follow up to Shahrukh Khan’s superhero film RA.ONE. Since Salman Khan and Aamir Khan had not yet done a superhero film, Akshay was supposed to have taken a clear cut lead even though Hrithik Roshan holds the patent of being a superhero (courtesy KRRISH) while Abhishek Bachchan has tried and failed with DRONA.

However as things stand today, there is still some more time to go for Akshay before he dons the superhero costume. That’s because as learnt from reliable sources, JOKER is anything but a superhero film.

“Superhero film? No, not at all. On the contrary the film is an antithesis of a superhero film. People should have made out from the title itself that there is a JOKER involved, not a ‘superhero’,” says a crew member on condition of anonymity. Source

Besides being a prolific actor and filmmaker, Aamir Khan has even penned the story for one of his early films – ‘Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak’ and wrote the screenplay for ‘Hum Hai Rahi Pyar Ke’.

Now, he is all set to wield the magic of the pen with a new script that he is co-writing with wife Kiran, cousins Mansoor and Nuzhat Khan.

Speaking to IBNLive, Aamir divulges his plans, “I intend to work once again as a writer. I have been co-writing a script with Kiran, Mansoor and Nuzhat. We start next month.”

According to the director of Murder 2, Mohit Suri says shooting bedroom scenes can be a nightmare. Suri, who has directed upcoming thriller, a sequel to 2004 hit film Murder, has shot a few lovemaking scenes with the lead pair Emraan Hashmi and Jacqueline Fernandez.

“Lovemaking is the most difficult scene to shoot because there the director cannot show the actors what to do. You have to let the actors be and let them do their own thing,” the 30-year-old director told. More
