Madhuri Dixit’s Wax Statue Is Unveiled

‘Dhak-Dhak’ girl of Bollywood, Madhuri Dixit is the latest Indian celeb, to grace the prestigious Madame Tussauds’ Wax Museum.

Madhuri unveiled her wax statue at the museum in London, on Wednesday. She revealed that she was ‘thrilled’ to unveil her wax effigy and said that she was highly impressed with the detailing in it.

“I am thrilled to be here in Madame Tussauds unveiling a wax figure of myself. It’s incredible just how detailed the figure is – they have captured my look beautifully! I feel very humbled to be included alongside other Bollywood stars and some of my personal heroes,” Madhuri said in a statement on the official website of the museum.

The mannequin dons a pink Varun Bahl sari and is adorned with jewels from Aquamarine. Madhuri also took to her Twitter account to thank Madame Tussauds, writing, “Want to thank Madame Tussaud’s for an outstanding job, Varun Bahl for a beautiful saree, and Aquamarine for the stunning jewels! Chk it out!”

The 44-year-old actress was involved in the making of her wax figure from the very beginning and is the seventh Bollywood celeb, whose wax statue has been installed in the museum. Source
