Fardeen Khan’s sister Sonia Sethia died in a car crash in South Delhi early Monday. Sonia, 48, wife of businessman Rajendra Sethia, was returning from Gulmohar Park from her friend’s residence after having dinner when a speeding Swift Dzire car rammed into Sonia’s Honda City at August Kranti Veer Marg.

Mohan Kumar, 50, who was driving Dzire, a technical officer at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) and Sonia were rushed to AIIMS after the accident. Both of them were declared dead at 1:30 am.

Fardeen Khan who has been lying low on the film front is not actually on a break. According to our sources, the actor is working hard on his plan to remake the classic QURBANI and is busy getting things in place meanwhile. 

According to reliable sources, “It has been a while since Fardeen has been trying to set his own production house in motion. But, the actor is taking his time as he has plans to roll out 5 to 6 films at a time. For the moment, Fardeen is trying to resurrect his earlier plan to remake QURBANI, a film that has been close to his heart and will be his tribute to his late father.”

Lately, the reports that the actor has been thinking of getting into real estate business full time have been refuted by our source. It is known that Fardeen is very much on the comeback trail and is waiting for the right opportunity to leak his film plans. Source

The sequel to the hit film NO ENTRY is being planned. Producer Boney Kapoor claims that the first draft of the script is ready.

The film is penned by Anees Bazmee and he will only direct it. The title of the film will be NO ENTRY MEIN ENTRY.

In the sequel, Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor and Fardeen Khan will be seen in double roles in order to add to the fun. As far as the female cast is concerned, the makers are yet to take a call on that.

Since NO ENTRY was a roaring hit, let’s hope the sequel is equally interesting. Source

We all know the last wish of the great actor Feroz Khan. Lets hear it from Fardeen himself. “My father’s last wish was a remake of ‘Qurbani’. And, now after his death, this project is very close to my heart. I want to give it the best possible opportunity as it is a part of Hindi film history,” he told reporters here.

Produced and directed by Feroz Khan, ‘Qurbani’ which starred Vinod Khanna, Zeenat Aman, besides Feroze Khan was a runaway box office hit. Its songs were a rage and sold the highest number of records and tapes when it was released.

“The least one needs to do is to equal it. I want to give the remake a lot of time. If I can’t make it better, I would like equal it at least,” he said about the remake currently in the pre-production stage.

The remake, where Fardeen is cast alongside Ishita Sharma, also has Sushmita Sen and Shahrukh Khan in pivotal roles. The 35-year-old actor, known for his unique style statements and love for animals, is also ready to open a new production company and even try his hand at direction. Source

Recently, Fardeen Khan’s lady neighbour was troubled by few men, claiming to be security guards of a builder. According to sources, the builder for a long time was pestering the lady, Niloufer Kapadia, to sell her house to him. But this 60 year one was not willing to do so as she was living there for around 40 years. Following which the builder resorted to other ways to get her out of the place, like cutting her water and power supply.

This time, the builder’s men refrained Kapadia from parking her car in her usual place and even tried to bully her. She immediately sought help from her neighbour, Akbar Khan, Fardeen’s uncle.

Later in the course of the commotion, Fardeen too joined in. the actor tried to reason out their illegal actions and offered Kapadia to move her car to his house’s basement. But the builder’s men refused to let him bring the car in and some twenty-five people started banging on the car to stop it. “A furious altercation followed, the builder’s driver put his hand inside the car and tried to forcibly take the keys out of the ignition. Fardeen got very angry at this and he, Akbar Khan and I decided to go the cops to file an FIR; Fardeen stayed with us for four hours until the police registered our complaint,” recounted Kapadia. Our sources have it that Fardeen Khan, who lost his father recently and has been trying to come out of the grief, was involved in a brawl at a high-end nightclub recently.

It’s known that Fardeen and Farhan Furtniturewala, the long-standing boyfriend of Fardeen’s sister Laila, came to fits over some personal argument much to the surprise of the onlookers.

Though the real reasons for the fight were not available, but it seems Fardeen and Farhan had a heated argument followed by trading blows.

He’ll be making the nayi Kurbani in collaboration with chacha jaan Sanjay Khan, who will also be directing it.
