Bigg Boss is the controversial house of small screen, which is going to spice up the reality show, as actor Sanjay Dutt is entering the TV sets for the very first time.

To add to the drama and create double dhamaal, he will be accompanied by Salman Khan, who was appreciated for his sense of humor and attitude on the show last year.

“Salman introduced me to ‘Bigg Boss’ and will do two episodes with me. I am pretty nervous doing it, but it will reach out to everyone. It’s something new for me. Salman never persuaded me but asked me to do the show. I am going to have fun and not make anything serious,” he says. Source

A lot has been said and shot in the past few months for Shah Rukh Khan’s film Ra.One. The latest being that none other than Sanjay Dutt and Priyanka Chopra will be doing a cameo in the film.

Though Sanjay Dutt is happy with his professional graph but says that the film industry is no longer the family it used to be and that the changing attitudes of people upset him.

“A lot of changes have taken place in the industry and I sometimes feel very sad with most of them. When we were introduced to the industry, there used to be competition among actors, but there used to be more respect,” Sanjay, who made his acting debut with “Rocky” in 1981, told in an interview.

“There used to be more togetherness. The film industry used to be a family. Now that is not the case. It has become a dirty game now. I’m not a part of that game, I do my own stuff, but I have noticed that and it is very sad,” added the actor who has so far worked in more than 130 movies. Source

It has been already reported that Priyanka Chopra and Sanjay Dutt will be making a cameo in Shah Rukh’s upcoming film Ra.One. Well, Dutt who willingly did the cameo in the film for free was ‘repaid’ with a thoughtful gift by SRK.

Dutt, whose passion for bikes is well known, received a gift worth approx Rs. 15 lakhs in the form of a high-end Italian cruiser bike from SRK! Speaking about this, Dutt said “I really appreciate what Shah Rukh has done. It’s a thoughtful gesture.”

And that’s not all. Priyanka Chopra shot for Ra.One yesterday, despite it being her birthday. The shoot went on till late night. SRK however, thanked Priyanka in his own sweet way. Salman Khan, Ajay Devgn and Sanjay Dutt will work together in a film that will be jointly produced by them. The discussion is on in the initial stages.

The three actors have never done a film together except for a brief appearance in Salman’s latest blockbuster Ready in which Zarine Khan elopes with him, only to get married to Ajay. Sanjay plays a registrar, who also happens to be a divorce lawyer.

He said, “I am writing it and will direct it as and when the script is ready.”

Rubbishing all rumours about the third franchise of the Munnabhai series being stalled, a source while talking to a daily said, “Hirani has been working on the Munnabhai script with his writer Abhijat Joshi in the US and they will soon declare the film. They are planning to go ahead with the film in February next year with Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi while the leading ladies are still to be decided.”

After donning a doctors coat in `Munna Bhai M.B.B.S` and trying his hands at Radio Jockeying in `Lage Raho Munna Bhai`, Munna is all set to fly to America with his thick friend Circuit. Source

As the title denotes, the movie deals with divorce issue in a comical way. Produced by Dharam Oberoi and Sanjay Ahluwalia, ‘Happily Divorced’ is aimed at today’s urban crowd.

According to Ahluwalia, the movie portrays the outlook towards divorce in completely different angle. Instead of treating the whole issue as a complicated and serious affair, they have approached it very differently. “We have looked at the whole process of separation from a very practical perspective and have tried to give it a humorous angle,” said the producer. As usual, it’s a fresh host for celebrity reality show Bigg Boss again. Actor Salman Khan has stepped out of Bigg Boss 5 citing date issues giving way to Sanju Baba (Sanjay Dutt), who’d now make his television debut with the show.

Dutt was approached by Colors on Salman’s suggestion. “However, Sanjay is yet to sign the dotted line. But everything has been chalked out. The show goes on air in October. Karan Johar’s AGNEEPATH will be wrapped up by then. He will start shooting for Bigg Boss immediately after that. The channel was keen to retain Salman. However, when they approached him, he expressed his inability to do the show,” according to sources.

Out and out comedy Double Dhamaal, distributed by Reliance Entertainment and Maruti Pictures has had an impressive opening at the box office, grossing Rs 39.60 crores at the box office in its opening weekend, revealed a statement from the production house.

The film that was released in 1953 screens worldwide on June 24 has been directed by Indra Kumar, produced by Ashok Thakeria and stars Sanjay Dutt, Mallika Sherawat, Kangana Ranaut, Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi, Ashish Chowdhry and Javed Jaferri.

“Double Dhamaal has received an overwhelming response over the weekend and will continue to attract audience in large numbers across the world. The film has already opened in 37 countries and is scheduled to open in non- traditional markets like France, Russia, CIS States, China, Turkey, Greece, Switzerland, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Belarus amongst many others,” said Sanjeev Lamba, CEO, Reliance Entertainment.
