Tusshar Kapoor and Celina Jaitley who met on the sets of the film Golmaal Returns in Goa and Bangkok appear to have hit it off so well that industry insiders are speculating whether there’s more than what meets the eye!

Shortly after the two met, Tusshar approached Celina to do a sensuous item song for his home-production, C Kkompany. The two even came together to the premiere of Welcome To Sajjanpur and were spotted at the fashion show of Manish Malhotra, who is a common friend of the two.

If that isn’t enough, the two have only recently been cast opposite each other in Neeraj Vora’s Run Bhola Run, also starring Govinda and Ameesha Patel.

When quizzed, Tusshar diplomatically remarked, “Celina’s a lovely girl and we got along really well on the sets of Golmaal Returns. Why just Celina? I got along very well with everyone on the sets. The unit of Golmaal Returns was a happy and fun family, which is very evident when you watch the film!”

On her part, said Celina, “Tusshar and I aren’t opposite each other in Golmaal Returns but we had a great time on the sets. He’s a great co-star and friend but there’s nothing more to our relationship if that’s what people are trying to imply.” Source

Preity Zinta is flattered by the looks of Salman Khan in the upcoming movie Heroes.

“This is for the first time that my male co-star’s look made go completely in awe of him. Salman is a Jat Punjabi in the film and every time I’d see him in that get up I’d go, “Wow! You look so good, Salman!” Salman and I have worked together earlier in films but I had never complimented him ever. But Salman’s Sikh look swept me off my feet,” Preity said smiling.

Obviously, Preity has enough reasons to praise Salman. In fact, recently when the actress was in London, a couple of Sikh fans came up to her and complimented her on ‘Heroes’ as well as Salman’s look in the film. They also raved about the fact that they were waiting in anticipation for ‘Heroes’ to release. They were even teasing her with Salman and that’s when the sporty Preity retorted tongue-in-cheek, “Well I am proud to be his wife… in the film that is!”  Source

Making raves in Bollywood, the sensuous Katrina Kaif has now been signed up by a big Hollywood studio for an English film.

Says a source, “Kat has agreed to star in a major Hollywood production opposite a big name star. Not much else is known about this deal but Kat was offered a large sum and immediately accepted.”

If this is indeed true, then it seems our Bollywood fans might just lose Katrina Kaif a little too soon. Source

Priyanka Chopra is sheer unlucky at the box office this year despite of some major releases. Right from the science-fiction futuristic ‘Love Story 2050′ to her last release ‘Drona’, all sank without a trace but the actor is not complaining.

As Priyanka states, “I like doing films, which are different, that is why I picked up ‘Love Story 2050′. It was something, which was never before done in India. I agree, it didn’t do well - maybe India wasn’t ready for it or maybe it was our mistake. But we tried really hard and our conviction was correct. My conviction in ‘Drona’ was exactly the same to play an action character like that.”   

Priyanka confidently claims, ” Acting is gambling, the film business is gambling. If you don’t step into the unconventional mode, you’ll become complacent doing the same old things, and the critics would get ample scope to point their fingers at you. It’s so much more exciting in trying to do something different - maybe it’ll hit the bull’s eye or it won’t - that’s a chance, you have to really take.”

Perhaps Priyanka’s optimism stems from the two big films lined up for release in the upcoming months - Madhur Bhandarkar’s ‘Fashion’ and Karan Johar’s ‘Dostana’. Source

Bollywood’s one time numero uno bengali beauty Rani Mukherjee seems to be going through a career crises… as news emerges of her trying to replace fellow actresses in favour of herself.

The rumour mill in Mumbai is currently spreading gossip about Rani trying to get Vidya Balan removed from the star cast of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s next Chenab Gandhi. Says a source, “Rani was approached by Bhansali for a cameo in Chenab Gandhi. The main role has already been offered to Vidya Balan. Rani was not going to play second fiddle to someone who is being termed as her successor in Bollywood. So she asked Bhansali to give her the role and put Vidya in for the cameo.”

“Bhansali refused to adhere to this command and decided in not having Rani for the cameo also. He was pretty miffed that Rani would make demands to him.” adds the source. Previous to this, Rani did make a cameo for Bhansali in the much panned flick from last year… Saawariya.

Rani has not had a major hit for quite some time and is now looking for a career resurgence. We hope and pray that comes quickly for her. Source

Udita Goswami had a good beginning with Pooja Bhatt directed PAAP where she had John Abraham for company. The film got her decent critical response and Bollywood was blessed with a new-age young woman.

However, Udita chose to play it slow and between 2004 till date, she has appeared in only four films as leading lady - PAAP, ZEHER, AKSAR and AGGAR. Except for AGGAR, each of her three films worked at different levels but Udita was still not seen on a signing spree.

“Well, I had a certain thought process around signing only those films which had me in a central role. However, this didn’t quite work because how many women-centric films are actually made today? Guess, I had to have a change in mindset and thankfully now I have revisited my priorities. Yes, I have become flexible in my choice of roles but am still particular about the banners I sign and people I work with.”

Is this the reason why she suddenly finds herself as a part of two Sunny Deol projects?

“Yes, I am working in FOX and THE MAN - both of which are action films with Sunny Deol in the lead. Both films give me a chance to do something that I haven’t done before. In one of the films I get to play a spy and have an intelligent look to me. I wear business suits along with specs and the role requires me to go much beyond just performing stunts”, reveals Udita.

“In another film I have a glamorous part to enact as I play the role of a publishing house owner”, informs Udita, “So you see I am required to carry off different personas and I am happy with the way my new innings has begun.” Source

Actress Isha Koppikar’s crazy love is revealed. Apparently the sultry siren of Bollywood Isha is an absolute animal lover and she is particularly fond of dogs (especially canines). And this crazy fondness of hers (for dogs) was experienced on the sets Ek Vivaah Aisa Bhi.

It was during this hectic Bhopal schedule, where the pretty actress was shooting for Rajshri Productions upcoming release Ek Vivaah Aisa Bhi, when she badly missed her pets back at home. Leaving the shoot in the midst was also not feasible. So she simply called up one of her friend in Bhopal and borrowed her friend’s Labrador, and also took him along on the sets. Everything was fine but when this jumbo animal made his entry on the sets a huge panic was created around. As few of the unit members who have terribly fear of canines got petrified. Source

Although Rani and Shahid have never appeared together on screen their jodi seem to have caught the imagination of the directors. Believe it or not the two stars will be romance each other in two back to back movies. The first will be made by Rani’s on and off beau Aditya Chopra who seems to be obsessed with his lady love under the Yash Raj banner. The second will be directed by Priyadarshan.

If reports are to be believed Rani and Shahid will feature in a very bold scene in the Aditya Chopra flick. It will be interesting to see the chemistry between Rani and her sworn enemy Kareena’s ex beau. The movie will give Rani a chance to hide her ageing signs starring opposite a much younger hero! Kangana and Adhyayan play a madly-in-love couple in the Vishesh Films’ Raaz - The Mystery Continues . It was during the shooting of this film in South Africa that Kangana and Adhyayan became fond of each other and fell in love. Since the two play a live-in couple in the film, director Mohit Suri wanted to shoot a lovemaking scene between them. The scene required the two actors to get cozy and even share a passionate kiss.

Now, had it been any other co-star Kangana might have objected. But since it was Adhyayan, she was game for the scene. Even Adhyayan was sporty, and quite understandably so.

According to a source from the shooting unit, the two actors did not even rehearse before shooting the scene. They were spontaneous while the scene was being shot. Source
