The latest reality show hosted by Shahrukh Khan Zor Ka Jhatka concluded last week had many jhatkas. According to one of the contestants who spoke on condition of anonymity, there was more excitement off camera than on it with many contestants going completely berserk and ballistic.
Zor ka Jhatka contestant Payal Rohatgi got injured while recording for the reality show. After recording just a few episodes, Payal Rohatgi had to be sent back, reportedly owing to injuries.
Others from the non-entertainment field who participated included the CWG boxer Manoj Kumar, Vijender Singh’s boxer-brother Jai Bhagwan, wrestler Sonika, sprinter Alka Tomar, squash player Ravi Dixit and the youngest mountaineer to climb the Everest Krushna Patil.
From the entertainment world there were Kushal Punjabi, Vindoo Dara Singh, Claudia Ciesla, Bakhtiar Irani, former Femina Miss India 2008 Simran Kaul Mundi, Miss India 2006 Natasha Suri, Mink, Rohit Verma, Biggest Loser contestant Gracias D’Costa, Rahul ka Swayamvar runner-up Priyadarshini and winner Dimpy Rahul Mahajan, Vrajesh Hirjee, Jennifer Winget, Raja Chowdhary, Hanif Hilal, Amit Sarin, Karisma Tanna, Narayani Shastri and Manas Katiyal (contestant from Raakhi Ka Swayamvar). The sensuously sexy Payal Rohatgi plays a yoga instructor in Dil Kabaddi , an adult movie on sexual politics, promiscuity, adultery and extra-marital affairs, has Payal in quite an interesting role – that of an aerobic and yoga instructor.
According to a source, there are scenes in the movie when Payal strikes very sensuous poses while doing yoga. The actress trained for two months to get that flexibility in her body.
Payal admits she’s not a gym person, but for ‘Dil Kabaddi’ she did not just learn yoga, but she also went to gym and did aerobics.
The movie stars Irrfan Khan as an executive who isn’t satisfied with his female partner and keeps looking for sexual and emotional gratification elsewhere. It is a full-on promiscuous character with no regrets or apologies.
Soha Ali Khan plays his partner, while Rahul Bose plays a professor. He is paired with Konkona Sen Sharma. The movie is set for December release. Source

Are you happy to be out of Bigg Boss house?
Yes. I am feeling good to be out of the house after eight weeks. I missed my family a lot and I want to talk to my mom non-stop for 2 hours. I am very happy and excited and much more energised than when I was inside the house.
How was your experience in the house?
I had good and bad experiences. Bigg Boss taught me to be friendly with people even after I nominated them. I have learnt to be patient and can cook now.
You said your motive behind coming on the show was to reveal the real Payal. How much have you succeed in that?
Yes, to a certain extent. I wanted the public and director to see the real Payal. I was cooking food, washing, cleaning; I wanted to portray a girl next-door image as I am tired of looking good. I was on a long break from films and hence thought that this would be a good opportunity to re-connect with my fans. After the good visibility it will help my movie Dil Kabaddi, which is, will be releasing soon.
Are you and Rahul Mahajan a couple?
Rahul is my good friend. I am not in a relationship with him. I have known him for years and can discuss anything with him because I am comfortable with him. We laughed, danced and sang together because he was the only friend I had in the house. Full News

Payal Rohatgi experienced a first-time wardrobe malfunction on stage when in Kolkatta recently.Says she on the near disaster, “I was on stage to perform the O Sikandar track when I heard this noise that seemed so familiar.”
Payal realised in seconds that it was the zipper of her blouse opening at her back. Not the one to run off, Payal modified her steps and made an exit, only to re-enter after moments ensuring that the zipper was in place and safety pins harnessed the outfit as well.”
It was a near escape,” smiles Payal.Interestingly, the audiences thought it was a part of choregraphy and lauded the exit and re-entry as well.So much for creativity in times of crisis!
