Ajay Devgn’s next film is turning out to be a family affair. Son of Sardar features his mother-in-law Tanuja and sister-in-law Tanishaa as well.

The comic caper, which stars Sonakshi Sinha, Sanjay Dutt and Juhi Chawla, is currently being shot in Punjab. Says a unit source, “The presence of Tanuja and Tanishaa on the sets was a source of curiosity.

Initially, it was thought that the Mukerji women had arrived to just check out the action, as it is Ajay’s production.”

Apparently, Devgn and his folks do not want to talk about the casting at this stage. More

You won’t believe that ex lovers Uday Chopra and Tannisha Mukherjee were spotted having lunch together. For all those who don’t remember, the two were said to be dating post their film Neal n Nikki, which of course flopped at the box office.
Word had it that the duo were even headed towards marriage but for unknown reasons, they split up. Up until last year, they weren’t even talking to each other. An onlooker claimed, “I spotted ex-lovers Uday Chopra and Tanishaa Mukherji bonding over brunch at an Andheri lounge bar. They looked quite cosy together.”

As for their respective careers, well Tannisha’s has pretty much fallen apart with just one Bengali film in her kitty, Mukti. And after Pyaar Impossible, the Chopra’s have pretty much told Uday to reconsider his career as an actor. Most likely, he will be seen in Dhoom 3 when it does come out. Our sources reveal that mom Tanuja and elder sibling Kajol have decided to take charge of Tanisha’s career, ensuring that there are no cine turkeys ahead to dampen her prospects.

A close source states, “Tanuja and Kajol have decided that they will now look into Tanisha’s career so that she makes all the right moves. Tanisha’s film ‘Be Careful’ has also run into trouble and she is not too happy with the manner in which the film has shaped up.”

Discloses Tanisha in a tabloid chat, “Recently, I was misled and when my mom and sister saw the kind of difficulties I was facing, they became overly protective. All the future decisions will be done under their guidance and supervision. My mom has a very hands on approach to matters and that will stand me in good stead.”

Adds Tanisha, “Kajol is the wisest person I know and my sister makes it a point to visit me on the first day of my shoot. She feels that it is even more important to guide me and help me grow as an actress.” Source

Seems that Kajol’s sister Tanisha’s career has come to an end. Her debut film Ssshhh was a dud at the box-office and all her efforts to gain some credibility were met by poor critical reviews.

A friend of the actress let the cat out of the bag and claims that Tanisha has in fact found a “soul mate” in the form of an NRI businessman from London. While little details are known about the mystery man, Tanisha is said to be crazy, madly, deeply in love with the industrialist. So much so that she spent the last month in London with her new beau.

On the other hand, brother-in-law Ajay Devgan proposed to re-launch Tanisha in a home-production but she flatly refused stating that “she is no longer keen to act”. It seems that Tanisha is sitting pretty on cloud nine and hoping that wedding bells for her will ring soon.
